Speaking of theme parks – this is an overview of the Herbstfest Rosenheim, which takes place once a year in August. This is looking south towards the Alps over the city of Rosenheim. It was actually taken with the 8mm Fisheye lens, but I decided to remove the distortion.
I have also done a timelapse video of the fair last year.
I love theme parks. During my time in the US I had the chance to visit Six Flags Great Adventure, home to 13 rollercoasters. The wooden one in the foreground is called El Toro and one of the best ones I have ever been on.
This is an HDR shot composed out of 5 single exposures.

… well you know how it goes. A very “boring” shot in the sense that it’s just standard in every amateur’s portfolio nowadays. Why am I posting it regardless? Because I really wonder what the red light trail on the line on the very right is – somebody must have stopped or even turned halfway there while I took the shot. Thinking of it, it looks like there is a small service road or so leading down.
This was part of the fashion and hairstyle shooting I did a while back, there are some more images on the blog. In hindsight, two things bug me with this shot – the light shining on the brick wall (this was inside, so it came through a window) and the left side of her face is slightly too dark. The client liked the shot though.
