I took this shot of the Dubai Fountain at one of my first visits after it opened. The place is an absolutely fantastic sight and in particular the changing repertoire of songs make repeat visits worthwhile. This is taken from the Burj Khalifa side of the Fountain, where there are usually less people.

I decided to post process this into a black and white shot and thinks it works pretty well. The strong fountain lights create some blown out highlights, but it’s difficult to overcome this issue with the extreme contrasts that are present in this scene.
