This was taken at Rosenheimer Herbstfest in southern Bavaria, a smaller version of the Oktoberfest, hosted each year to around 1 million visitors. The sky was just clearing from the rain and provided with a nice backdrop. I am still slightly upset the light of one of the cars on the ferris wheel was broken.
